Store Policy

Orders must be placed with at least 2 business days notice of requested delivery/pick up date. Once order is place, we will be in contact within 1 business day to discuss deliver/pick up date. Orders over 25 items will be contacted via email for preferred date.

Return Policy

At Kneaded Treats, we work hard to provide fresh, high-quality treats made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our top priority!

If there’s an issue with during delivery, incorrect items, or quality concerns—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll happily work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or credit.

Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer wanting your order, we allow cancellations up to 3 business days before scheduled pickup/delivery date with a 100% refund. If cancelling within 3 business days, no refund will be issued.
